I have to say I’m finding myself a little odd. Just the other week I posted an image showing how annoying it is for tourists to Liverpool. They turn up at the world famous Pier Head to get photos of the Liver Building and its a construction site. Now I’m posting a photo that I really love, that wouldn’t be possible without the construction site. So yey for construction? This is also one of the first times I’ve used the lens correction tool in Photoshop. Normally the building would be like “whoa 10mm!” but now its a little more normal looking.

Great processing on this one ! Your compo is very good, with the lines on the floor leading towards the building
mmm, nice duotoning – suits the subject
whilst you have used a rather wide angle lense the photo would have benefited from a crop from the left to the point where the paving stones meet the site compound fence ! Being new to photography I’ll have to learn what duo tone is and how it is acheived !
