Curiosity

There was no way I could have posted anything today to top yesterdays. At first glance you might think this is a random snapshot, and you’re right because it is. I put the camera on the table at Burger King Alton Towers and pushed the button. It was a spur of the moment shot. So why do I love it? It was taken on my Lomo LC-A film camera. Settings wise you get ISO, distance and aperture. Thats it. I set it to f/2.8 because it was inside, set the distance to infinity and pushed the button. Whatever happened, happened. I didn’t compose the shot or anything. I put it on the table and pushed the button. All in the spirit of lomography. Just shoot. The end result, in my mind, is brilliant. There was no way I could have focused on the girl. I didn’t even see her there. This is why I love my Lomo. It makes me shoot in ways I can’t with my 30D.
