Doors Open is a great event. About 70 buildings across Toronto open their doors to the public. Its nice that buildings that are normally closed are opened for 1 weekend so the public can get a bit of insight into the workings of Toronto. This building was new City Hall. From the top its meant to look like an eye.
The eye as seen from the first floor of the City Hall.
Stairs in the City Hall.
Outdoor yoga by the City Hall.
A black squirrel. Rather odd looking.
Traditional Toronto Pigeon
Inside Osgoode Hall. The steps leading to a great view of the central chamber.
You get up there and this is the view. Rather nice.

Part of the library in Osgoode Hall.
Some of the very old books they had.
The really impressive Great Library.
One of the last rooms had stain glass windows.
Our next stop was the Commerce Court North. It had an amazing cieling.
Onwards to the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp) building.
They had a room full of iMacs. I was rather impressed.
As we were leaving there was a huge crowd coming from the Rogers Center. We eventually worked out that a game had just finished so we decided to capture the people. We didn’t know that the Blue Jays had lost. People didn’t seem that upset.
This woman wore an odd visor.
He was rather vocal.
