A really nice event in Kirkdale by the Biennial called Urbanism 09. Various artists constructed all manner of floating vehicles to sail around the Leeds – Liverpool canal. They included a tea house, a skip, an upside down taxi and what looked like a shark. You’ve got to love things like this. The ability to bring people together to some random area and see it in a whole new light is brilliant.
