We were spoilt with our trip to Top of the Rock. Properly spoilt. We arrived before sunset and watched the sun go down over New York. In the distance we could see planes, ships, cars, bridges, and hills. I was surprised at how flat the entire area was.

As the sun set we looked out over the Hudson to see a bridge disappear. A blizzard was rolling in. So not only did we get an amazing sunset we got to see a snow storm over Manhattan. It was something special.

It’s such an amazing view from up there. Thankfully due to the blizzard the whole area cleared out and it was very quiet.
