Dave Lowe, RNLI volunteer at the New Brighton RNLI station. Dave’s been a member for 2-3 years now. He followed his brother, who is the hovercraft commander, into the RNLI. Dave is the helmsman on the RNLI boat.

Last run tonight. 2 – 3 miles. Drinking lots of water / gatorade and eating lots of carbs. Currently feeling confident. It will hurt but it will be worth it. Cake or death!
